Hey! I’m Sarah, a wife, a boy mama, a disciple of Jesus, and your public-speaking bestie. For many years, I tried to find my identity in the approval of others rather than embracing my identity in Christ. I felt lost and unsure of who I was, yet I felt confident speaking on stage as I tried to grow my approval. But all that led to was imposter syndrome and wondering why I couldn’t bring that confidence off-stage into my daily life. I finally realized that Jesus HAD to be my firm foundation and that I could establish myself in someone secure and unchanging! Because my worth is in Jesus, I can fight against social anxiety and be victorious each time, boldly speaking on the things I genuinely care about. My confidence grew because I knew I could rest in the firm foundation of Biblical truth - and now I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you! My mission is to equip you to love Jesus deeper, to go for the interview, give the presentation, and take on adulting with BOLDNESS! Lisa Vanderkwaak: Even though today Lisa Vanderkwaak , AKA "Lisa V", is an International Speaker and a Certified Executive Speaking Coach, at one time she was so terrified to speak even in a small group discussion . Through her own spiritual transformation and with the help of a coach, She went from being terrified to speak to now training people to speak with Confidence, Clarity and Transformational Impact.
Shortly after leaving her ministry position to start her business she became a widow and single mom with no secure income. It was at this time that she was introduced to the online world and has never looked back. She went on to create the first of its kind- online academy training female speakers- called Speak to Transform.
In the Spring of 2022, Lisa joined Girl Power Alliance as a VIP Member and in less than a year, became one of the first Founding Ambassadors & winner of the Club 7000 Trip. In that same year she co-founded the KIM10™ Speaker Certification program and most recently she received the 2023 IMPACT AWARD and was invited to be part of GPA’s prestigious Field Advisory Board.
